Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Satoshiba Mine (“Satoshiba”, “the mine”, “we”) at satoshiba.app and in the Satoshiba app. By connecting a wallet or opening a pack you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the mine.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You may not use Satoshiba where games with random rewards or digital assets are not allowed, or if you are on a sanctions list or in a sanctioned country. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you.
2. What Satoshiba is
Satoshiba is a pixel game on the Solana blockchain. You buy packs with the $SATOSHIBA token. Each pack gives a random result: an amount of tokens, or a Satoshiba NFT (a shiba). The odds for every pack are shown in the app before you buy. Every result is drawn with a published commit-and-reveal seed, so anyone can check it afterwards.
3. Risk
- Results are random. On average a pack returns less than its price, and you can lose what you spend. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
- Tokens and NFTs can change in value or become worthless. Dollar amounts in the app are estimates at current prices.
- Nothing in Satoshiba is investment, financial or legal advice. Mining rewards, pools and other programs are game features, not a promise of income.
4. Your wallet
Satoshiba never holds your keys or your funds. You sign every transaction yourself in your own wallet. Blockchain transactions can't be reversed, so a pack you have paid for can't be refunded. You pay the Solana network fees.
5. Shibas (NFTs)
A shiba you keep is yours on chain. You may use its artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes while you own it. Instant sell-back offers in the app are optional and may change or end.
6. Programs, events and gifts
Mining, the Shiba Pool, limited packs, events, snapshots and gift packs can change, pause or end at any time. Gifts and rewards are given at our discretion. Daily limits, unlock schedules and odds are the ones shown in the app at the time.
7. What you may not do
- Break the law, launder money or fund illegal activity through the mine.
- Exploit bugs, attack or overload the service, or use bots or many wallets to get around limits.
- Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually exploits minors, infringes someone else's rights, or contains malware.
- Pretend to be Satoshiba or another person.
We may block wallets that do any of this and withhold rewards gained this way.
8. The service
We may pause the machine, change prices, packs and features, or stop the service. Satoshiba is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by blockchains, wallets, RPC providers or token prices.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the mine after an update means you accept it.
